**Key accountabilities include**:
Undertake a range of administrative functions and participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
Perform computer-based tasks including preparing and sending standard written communications.
Coordinate meetings and assist in preparing agendas and note taking when required.
Processing invoices and financial information through the department’s finance systems.

**About you**:
Knowledgeable in the MS Office Suite with programs such as Word, Excel and PowerpPoint
Great communication and organisational skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and follow instruction

**Requirements for the role**:
Be able and willing to disclose Covid19 vaccination status
