Office Manager/administrator

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:
- Establishing and managing effective project operations to drive and deliver quality outcomes.
- Managing a team of project employees operating on and offshore.
- Drive adoption for business change brought about through project delivery
- Own and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, and status reports
- Responsible for managing project team working on implementation of the ERP system, supporting execution of core business process in planning and manufacturing
- Controlling project design and planning activities associated with complex changes within the program framework.
- Defining, sourcing & managing necessary project resources including managing technology.
- Controlling project schedules to ensure deliverables are completed according to the project plan.
- Prepare budgets, briefings, attaining necessary approvals / monitor project financials
- Effectively control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope
- Problem solve quickly and efficiantly.
**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- 3+ years’ recent and proven experience as a hands-on Project Manager in the IT industry delivering large scale, mission critical projects, having had direct responsibility for time plans, cost control, project reporting and change management.
- Dynamic, agile, flexible and positive approach and willingness to multitask when required.
- Advanced documentation skills, ability to clearly document processes, requirements, problem statements and formal PD documents.
- Ability to organise systems for DIFOT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and able to lead by example.
- Able to manage people with various skills sets and years of experience whilst gaining their respect.
- Good logical & analytical problem resolution skills.
- Experience in business transformation or change programs.
- Budget tracking and cost benefit analysis skills
