**What you’ll be doing**
Reporting to the Business Operations Director you’ll be involved in
- Working with global internal technology, business and project teams to deliver systems change, migrations and integration programmes.
In this capacity, your responsibilities will include
- Implementing technology solutions that bring business process and existing tooling together to meet the wider business needs.
- Ensuring new systems are delivered with appropriate documentation and change management.
- Managing project delivery to fall with agreed time, scope and cost parameters.
- Analysis of business process.
- Change management.
**Who we’re looking for**

- 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Integrator or senior IT technician.
- Proven experience in system integration, with a strong understanding of SaaS solution integration and migration.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ESB).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and internal teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.

As a Systems Integrator we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
- Gain familiarity with the organization's systems, infrastructure, software platforms, and integration tools.
- Get acquainted with ongoing projects, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Highlight possible quick wins.
- Contribute in small ways to ongoing projects, such as assisting with documentation, conducting basic system assessments, or shadowing team members.
- Review existing documentation related to systems, processes, and projects.
Within 3 months:
- Take a deeper dive into ongoing projects, gaining a better understanding of project requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Engage in targeted training or self-study to enhance technical skills relevant to the role, such as programming languages, integration technologies, or project management tools.
- Begin interacting directly with internal clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide updates on project progress.
- Start actively contributing to problem-solving efforts within project teams, offering insights and suggestions for improving system integration processes.
Within 6 months:
- Have delivered on several key projects, showing attention to detail and adherence to scope, cost and time parameters.
- Strengthened relationships with internal clients by providing proactive support, addressing concerns promptly, and offering value-added insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization within ongoing projects and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
- Share insights and lessons learned with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
