**About the Opportunity**

In this role you will be responsible for working with the eCommerce Manager of the Grocery squad within the BWS Partnerships group in BWS eCommerce. This role plays the key role of partnering in the day to day of our Woolworths Online Liquor partnership. You will work closely with the team and the relevant Woolworths partner teams to deliver business strategy, financial outcomes and bringing to life new opportunities for growth.

**A day in the life of an Associate eCommerce Manager BWS Partnerships - Grocery**
- Manage the day to day requirements of the Woolworths Partnership driving the agreed shared metrics including the execution of campaigns to deliver business outcomes, look/feel and overall quality and relevance of digital experience to bring category strategies to life.
- Working with partners to deliver execution of site content, banners, navigation, filters and facets, session groups, merchandising, curated landing pages configuration and tracking.
- Coordinate all site asset briefs, and work back with Marketing and Creative teams on reviews and approvals to meet timeframes.
- Ensure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements. Keep team and stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
- Manage scope change or project schedule in an effective manner. Communicate to the team and manage all potential impacts.
- Be the first point of contact for cross-functional business teams when issues occur. Work with appropriate teams to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to business teams.
- Document, maintain, and communicate content delivery schedule.
- Assist manager to assess all processes and look for areas of improvement in work flows.
- Collaborate with team members of functional areas such as Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, EndeavourX, etc
- Lead and manage ad-hoc eCommerce projects as assigned
- Team & Agile Responsibilites_
- Develop and maintain the ecommerce roadmap of your squad.
- Support performance & agile ways of working standards across your squad; building commitment to business strategies, squad missions and creating alignment, direction and role clarity for the team.
- Lead, coach and develop your team, proactively supporting others on the Squad when required
- Accountable for the quality of the squad’s released work, managing prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities as well as the most efficient use of resources to deliver squad missions.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 2+ years experience working in a digital or retail business
- Customer first mindset
- Independent thinking, and not being afraid to suggest new ideas
- Experience working in an agile organisation or with cross functional teams
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Driven by delivery, delivering on time and to high standards
- Data driven but able to make judgement calls when necessary
- Comfortable with managing multiple tasks at once
