Hatch is supporting Instant to find a great Partner Manager (Ecommerce) to join their Marketing team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Instant.

**About the role at Instant**

Instant is looking for a partner manager to lead our partnerships with ecommerce agencies and other ecommerce SaaS providers.

Partnerships with ecommerce agencies and SaaS providers will account for ⅓ of our top-of-funnel opportunities. You will launch and manage the program towards this outcome. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads for Instant’s products. These leads will be closed by our salespeople.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Success Journey Management - Identify customer goals and facilitate a process to help reach them
- Customer Education and Onboarding - Assist customers in onboarding, provide education on product features, and give personalized support for success

**Strengths**

- Social skills - Behaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
