As the Operations Integration Lead, you will specialise in acquisitions & integration, the primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and facilitate the seamless integration of participants into our organisation.

This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including internal & external teams & service providers and the participants being integrated. This role will contribute to the integration process by leveraging the project team to ensure a smooth transition, fostering collaboration and synergy between the acquired entities and our existing operations.

Strategic focus includes managing change effectively, mitigating risks, and optimising performance.

- Able to build and engage in meaningful relationships at all business levels, influencing and working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes- Change management and leadership skills- Experienced in working to deadlines and deliverables- Enterprise-wide view consideration of business processes and systems- Previous experience in the Disability/NDIS sector is an advantage
