The Role

This is a leadership position within our team, ensuring critical software systems and applications work seamlessly together, sharing data to facilitate smooth operations.

You will play a key role in making sure this integration happens, managing a team of 8 skilled Engineers responsible for developing and maintaining interconnected systems.

To succeed, you'll need to stay updated on the latest technologies, drive improvements, mentor colleagues, and ensure secure and efficient operations.

As a champion of best practices, you will set Engineering standards, nurture new mindsets, and thrive on making change happen.

Location and Work Arrangements

We are headquartered in Melbourne's CBD and offer a flexible hybrid working policy, allowing you to balance your work-life needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support integration solutions using APIs, file transfers, and data streaming.
  • Manage complex IT environments, especially in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), with an emphasis on security and continuous improvement.
  • Apply expertise in container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) to ensure system scalability and reliability.
  • Maintain proficiency in software engineering, cloud services, automation, and security, with practical experience in DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
