Job Description

This dynamic professional will manage a critical company-wide integration initiative focusing on networks, infrastructure, workplace technology, and the migration of core platforms including Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans ensuring technical work packages are effectively planned, monitored, and delivered on time.
  • Lead the application identity transition including the implementation of SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
  • Oversee complex email migrations for multiple brands, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
  • Manage the migration of Teams and SharePoint, including data transfers, permission settings, and seamless user adoption.
  • Present project progress, risks, and solutions to Steering Committees at GM/EGM level, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance the user experience during transition activities.
  • Drive the successful implementation of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven expertise in infrastructure and workplace technology projects, with a focus on Microsoft platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience with SSO/MFA implementation and leading identity transitions.
  • A track record of managing large-scale email migrations and data integrations across multiple brands.
  • Strong understanding of Teams and SharePoint migrations, including data handling and permission settings.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience improving user experiences during technology transitions and ensuring smooth adoption.
