We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised Lease Administrator. We are open to this role to be based out of Adelaide (Westfield Marion) or Perth (Westfield Booragoon). This opportunity is being offered as a permanent part time (4 days) or permanent full time role.

**Your Opportunity**

Looking after the WA/SA region, you’ll be stepping into a fast paced, high performing and tight knit team. You’ll play a key role in partnering with the Leasing Team to ensure accuracy and compliance of our tenancies by delivering, negotiating and finalising lease documentation for our key retailer partners:

- You will review information uploaded into Salesforce and ensure documentation is issued in line with Scentre Group policy and procedures and relevant retail leasing legislation You provide guidance to the Leasing Assistant to ensure integrity of data in Salesforce
- You effectively partner with stakeholders on the delivery and return of critical documentation to our retailers- You’re an expert and provide accurate advice to the business on implications and ensure compliance with Retail Lease Legislation

**What will set **you **apart from the rest?**
- Proven experience in Lease Administration for an asset owner or large retailer
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage deadlines effectively
- You are curious - you seek to understand, you clarify and influence outcomes- Tech savvy - you are confident with Microsoft Office suite, as well as Salesforce (highly desirable)
- You are able to collaborates well with stakeholders, and understand the importance of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated negotiation & communication skills
- Prior exposure to lease clause interpretation and advice and working knowledge of leasing legislation
