**Key Accountabilities**
- Vehicle Report Reconciliation -Station Manager’s Weekly Report
- Station Contract Exception (WRSCEX).
- Process long term rental rollovers, mini lease and extended rentals.
- Fuel reconciliation.
- Respond to Medallia feedback.
- Support local Remarketing Manager with administrative tasks where required.
- Provide administrative support to the Airport Manager, Operations Manager, Duty Managers and Customer Experience Manager.
- Provide assistance to location during peak periods as required.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including training logins, site tour and updating staff records.
- Assist employees with general queries and escalate to management if required.
- Conducting work in a safe manner, complying with Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental policies/ procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks. This includes the reporting of all accidents, near accidents and hazards.
- Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.
- Adhering to Company Quality Assurance and Uniform Guidelines.

- Driving vehicles as required.
- Other reasonable duties as requested by the State Manager.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in an administrative/data entry role, experience within the car rental industry is highly regarded
- Proactive approach with high level problem solving skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of company computer system.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Problem solving skills
- High level attention to detail
- High organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated organisation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word
