As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be handling a variety of human resources administrative tasks and playing a key role in every stage of the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and offboarding.
You’ll collaborate with managers and employees alike, ensuring our human resources processes are smooth, compliant, and perfectly aligned with our values. This is the ideal role for someone who’s passionate about people, highly organised, and eager to make a positive impact
**About the role**
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing administration of the HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information
- Prepare and process human resources documentation, including employment contracts, contract variations, and amendments
- Draft correspondence, including employment letters, offer letters, and other communications as needed.
- Advise managers on current probation procedures and coordinate timely reviews for all new employees
- Coordinate the offboarding process for exiting employees, retrieval of company assets, and finalisation of documentation
- Coordinate the Well at Work employee wellbeing program, promoting mental and physical health initiatives
- Participate as an active member of the Workplace Health & Safety and Reconciliation Action Plan Committees
- Actively promote WA Cricket values and initiatives to foster a positive and engaged workplace culture.
**Who we are looking for**
- Tertiary or Diploma qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline (desired)
- Previous experience in a human resources administration role or support role
- Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across the business
- Basic understanding Fair Work National Employment Standards and Awards
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft/excel skills essential
