**YOUR ROLE**

Join IAG’s Group Risk Technology & Operations team as the **Service Provider Management Governance Manager.**

This role is crucial for ensuring that IAG maintains a high level of operational resilience. By effectively managing service providers and aligning with regulatory standards, you’ll help safeguard the organisation against potential disruptions and risks.

Your leadership will play a key role in building a resilient and risk-aware culture at IAG. You’ll lead the improvement and design of controls to meet the Service Provider requirements of APRA Prudential Standard CPS 230 Operational Risk Management, all while aligning with IAG’s risk appetite.

This is a **permanent** role based in **Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne)⁠.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive financial services experience with significant risk management experience at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of how to implement and embed operational risk management policies and controls
- Working knowledge of Third Party Risk/Service Provider Management software platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively engage and influence across all levels of management
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to reach a common approach and desired outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environments and translate into internal environment
- Prior Insurance, Banking or Government industry experience
