Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Hungry Jack's, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant. You will lead the continuous development of your crew members, while maximizing the growth and profitability of your business.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct structured training for crew members
- Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions
- Develop shift plans
- Drive sales & profitability
- Monitor production controls
- Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety
- Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs
- Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements
- Retail or Hospitality leadership experience preferable
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
If successful, you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.
Week 1 to 6 - Crew Station Training
- This allows our managers exposure to completing crew tasks. We can't coach something we can't do ourselves
Week 7 to 11 - Leadership/Management Training
- This covers everything from basic shift running, policies, procedures and expectations, goal setting, KPI's, food safety and delegation.
Week 12 - Certification
- Your training plan is reviewed, and shift audits are performed to ensure the manager is ready to run a shift unsupervised.
