**The Opportunity**

The ARDC are seeking highly experienced applicants for a Skilled Workforce Development Manager. This position will lead the Skilled Workforce Program design and delivery, including identifying and addressing digital research skills challenges across the ARDC Strategic Pillars and the research sector more widely.

As the Skilled Workforce Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of a National Skilled Workforce Strategy that supports the strategic objectives and needs of ARDC. You will also be responsible for leading organisational wide activities to ensure consistency in the design and delivery of skilled workforce programs; as well as collaborating with ARDC leadership to drive and facilitate a fit-for-purpose operating model for the team that supports the matrix structure of the ARDC. Your responsibilities will also extend to managing a nationally distributed team to achieve maximum impact, by identifying development needs, managing performance, clarifying expectations, providing coaching and feedback.
