As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to join our team and help us streamline operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**Role Overview**:
As the **Operations Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of AutoGleam Car Detailing. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of resources, team coordination, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of quality across all detailing services. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car detailing business, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and supervise the detailing team, ensuring they are well-trained and meet performance standards.
- Implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of detailing products and equipment.
- Ensure the maintenance of the workshop and mobile detailing vans, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-equipped.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction through the timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new staff.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resources to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and ensure all team members follow safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools (e.g., scheduling, inventory management).
- Knowledge of car detailing processes and products is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring high standards of quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.89 - $76.67 per hour
