Relationship Manager

Translation: Translate website content and CRM system interfaces from English to Japanese, ensuring accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and usability.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed research on the local Japanese-speaking market, analyze competitors' activities, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable insights tailored to specific regions.
- Lead Generation: Acquire leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, serving as their key point of contact.
- Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies tailored to the Japanese-speaking market.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in winning awards such as President's Awards or achieving sales-related accolades.
- Previous experience at a consulting firm with the ability to share growth metrics or achievements for client accounts.
- Native Japanese speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with marketing research and analysis is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or client support is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the Japanese market.
- Valid work visa for long-term employment, without the need for sponsorship.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
