**The Opportunity**:
- This role is suited for someone wanting to get into a head office environment as a entry level Production Coordinator. This role will be responsible for the successful management of our company stock orders - including raising Purchase Orders into our system, confirming all production KPI’s with suppliers whilst ensuring company DIFOT metrics are met. This role involves a high use of Microsoft Excel._
- Raise orders within expected timeframes into Futura.
- Manage outstanding orders for accuracy and DIFOT (Delivered on Time and in Full).
- Open Purchase Order report creation twice daily.
- Audit Futura order data regularly for accuracy and management
- Futura Item management for required attribute settings.
- Manage barcode files to ensure correct pricing and price file execution by country.
- Packing scan confirmation for accuracy of packed goods and barcode files
- Monitor bulk production and escalate any delays in supplier shipment to the Head of Buying and GM Product as soon as they arise.
- Wide range of stakeholder management, including internal Lovisa departments, globally with Lovisa’s stores and Lovisa’s offshore suppliers.
- Invoice reconciliation at handover and input into data files for tracking purposes.
- Supplier handover to freight provider management and confirmation.
- Supplier fine claim retrieval.
- Supplier KPI reporting.
- Zendesk management (store enquiry tickets).
- Quality Control all goods received in the Australian Warehouse.

- Excellent communication in written process and verbal briefing.
- Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver on time in a fast past environment.
- Passionate to develop and build the brand.

- Strong administration skills and accountability.
- Retail background (not mandatory)
