This position would suit someone with experience in the building industry or a tradie wanting to change to an office environment in our Arndell Park / Blacktown Office Location.
Boasting a vibrant and “can do culture”, Statewide FM is a provider of maintenance and building management services into the commercial, retail & government sectors. We manage the activities of a broad base of contractors on behalf of their clients, including allocating work orders, ensuring works are completed to agreed standards, contractor perform to agreed standards and approving invoices for payment.
Activities will be varied in nature, including customer support, fielding phone calls, data entry associated with accounts payable, preparation of invoices, raising of work orders, ensuring vendor documentation is up to date, resolving queries associated with payments to vendors and training and coaching vendors with respect to the work order and job management system utilised. Computer skills required.
To be successful in this role, you will be a people person who enjoys dealing with others in a busy work environment and who also enjoys a wide range of activities.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
