**Purpose of the role**
To respond to customer needs and enquiries relating to transitions, installations, fault resolutions, administrative duties and reporting, ensuring the highest level of consistent and quality service. This role services clients specifically linked to assigned projects.
This role is a maximum-term contract working full-time hours for 10 weeks.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting clients to smoothly move over to Tunstall
- Responding to incoming client telephone calls and enquires
- Accurately completing all documentation and administrative duties required in a timely manner
- Engage with clients and key stakeholders to provide end-to-end support to complete the onboarding process for new alarms
- Provide remote assistance for clients’ installations for new and upgraded medical devices
- Engaging 'people person' with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience
- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent resilience and listening skills
- Ability to think on your feet and make decisions
- Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Superb phone manner and attention to detail with written communications
- Have a positive, team-player mindset
