**Role Overview**:In this role, you will not only provide exceptional service to our valued customers but also play a key role in business development, team building, and sales. We're searching for someone who thrives on interaction, is committed to exceeding client expectations, and is keen on creating an ethical, competent, and sustainable environment for our customers. You'll benefit from comprehensive training and collaborate with a dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers through robust written and verbal communication, both in-person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Drive vehicles as and when required.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and handle rental agreement documentation.
- Open and close rental agreements with precision.
- Promote and sell insurance products effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude.
- Deliver impeccable customer service.
- Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Multi-task efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to commute and operate across multiple locations.
- Ability to work with Rental Car Manager is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $45,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
