**The role**
Our high-performing and collaborative Customer Experience (CX) team is the heartbeat behind ensuring we provide a friendly, efficient and effective customer service to all of our clients. Playing a crucial role as a **Customer Success Consultant**, you will be the first point of call to handle technical questions and provide expert support to enable our clients to better connect with their customers.
**Skills & Experience**:
- A passion for technology and customer service
- Previous experience with data aggregation, file transfers and word press
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Desirable but not essential:_
- Previous experience within a Tech Support/SME role
- Previous experience using Zendesk Ticket Management software
- Jira and/or SQL knowledge
- A passion for or understanding of the automotive industry
