**How will I help?**
Incredible opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide efficient and effective coordination to the Chief Strategy & Product Officer of BT Financial Group. You will be responsible for event management, forward planning, travel, administration, systems, and relationship management across internal and external business partners. You will act as the central point of contact for team members across the wider business unit, as well as coordinate key leadership team meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation material, and collate documents/packs to support daily meetings.
Other key responsibilities:
- Collation of documents/packs to support meetings on a daily basis
- Assist with event planning and management across the team as required
- Prompt handling of internal and external stakeholder requests
- Composition of correspondence
- General administrative duties, including processing travel and business expenses, reviewing staff reimbursements and allowances, reviewing and coordinating payment of accounts - ensuring that these are within policy

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a corporate environment, particularly within the banking and/or financial services industry. You will also have knowledge of Westpac systems, policies and processes. You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in fast paced environment and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Further advantageous skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiating skills, and a keen attention to detail
- Sound organisational and time management skills, including diary management skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, accountable and ability to execute responsibilities with professionalism
- Competency in the full Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
