**Our Client**

Formed by two industry heavy-hitters, our client is a Parramatta-based Project Marketing firm specialising in medium - high density developments across Sydney. With a solid reputation, they have projects ranging from South-West Sydney, to Parramatta, Penrith and the North Shore / Hills and are well priced to achieve sales.

They are managing 3 large-scale projects exclusively, have open access to another 10, and will be launching a further 3 later in the year - so stock levels is NO issue

**Duties**

Whilst you'll be assigned to champion a specific site, you will have the ability to sell across all stock with your day to day including:

- Being the first point of contact within the Display Suite
- Contacting leads and suggesting / presenting options
- Proactively calling back through previous enquiries that didn’t transact at the time to introduce new options
- Keeping abreast of stock available (and competing project sales & prices)
- Maintaining relationships with buyers and negotiating to exchange

**Specific requirements**
- Real Estate or Project Sales Experience is essential
- Proven track-record and the ability to gain results
- Ability to work within a team and contribute to the solid culture in place
- A real driver & highly self-motivated
- Happy to work Saturdays
- Real estate certificate or higher, car and drivers license
