About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Sales Executive to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a Project Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling off-the-plan apartments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming buyer inquiries and provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building
  • Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
  • Provide property market commentary and educate buyers on the project and its benefits
  • Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
  • Assist in the management of and provide guidance to a Host/Assistant
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing team to achieve Sales objectives
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments
  • Patient, relatable, helpful, and consultative approach
  • Real Estate Certificate/License
  • Extremely well-presented and a strong communicator
  • Able to work Saturdays and Sundays
