**Sounds like a cool place, but what's the role?**

The fun stuff (A day in the life and your key responsibilities):

- Develop & deliver a data-informed sales and aftersales strategy, ensuring growth initiatives are aligned to business growth objectives
- Setting, monitoring and managing clear KPI’s, goals, and targets for the sales team in order to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Identifying opportunities within your team and delivering targeting training or development solutions to elevate the capability of your people
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Driving a supporting, but most importantly, a high achieving, high performing culture
- Living, breathing and driving our company vision and values
- Creating a “feedback-driven” culture driven by constant performance, improvement, and growth

**You're an ideal carconnector, if you**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a Sales management role - ideally phone based or B2B2C based experience
- Demonstrable coaching and development experience is essential - we want to understand how to identify, address and measure sales improvement initiatives
- Experience in automotive, phone sales and/or finance industry is a huge plus
- You’re well adapted to leveraging technology to influence revenue outcomes, including reporting, informing strategies and predicting future performance
- Experience working within a scale-up organisation is extremely advantageous (preferred)
- Ability to develop, implement and deliver on team goals that align to wider organisational strategy, beyond hitting monthly sales targets.
- Are a team player: There's no I in team, or in carconnect
- No d**heads allowed: We only want to work with the best, so we ask you kindly to leave your ego at the door and understand that each employee at every level contributes equally to the success of our business
- Autonomous: We don't mind how you structure your working day/hours/tasks - just get the job done. That's it?
