They provide customers with GPS Tracker solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing fleets, vehicles, and assets. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED..**
- Recognised Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing
- Experience in Administrative tasks
- Driver's License & own vehicle required
- Customer Service Experience
- Competency in MS Suite
- Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Design Suite
- Attention to detail for visual composition & design
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role (Desired)
- Experience in the GPS/Telematics industry (Desired)
- Ability to analyse and interpret data & information

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..**

Working Monday to Friday, you will work with the Marketing Director, Managing Director, Sales Manager, & Sales staff, 9:00am to 5:00pm, your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Update and maintain the CRM system.
- Book and plan events (trade shows/internal events). Manage the logistics to ensure event run smoothly
- Data entry (processing new website orders and leads)
- Assisting the Managing Director as needed
- Website updates via CMS
- Management of incoming calls and enquiries for all 3 of our sales offices
- Working closely with sales and marketing department.
- Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, case studies, and presentations.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales departments
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
- General office duties.
- Tender review and assistance with responding.

Interstate work related travel may be required occasionally at companies expense.
