**Your Role**
As the
**Sales Enablement Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our client’s National Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive sales enablement strategies, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
In addition to the above, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies for revenue growth and operational excellence
- Create and deliver sales training, tools, and resources, including pitch decks, competitor battlecards, testimonials, and playbooks
- Lead CRM strategy, supporting data capture, management, system changes, testing, and training
- Optimise sales processes through planning templates and workflows
- Provide direction on market analysis, segmentation, and customer demographics
- Assist in sales onboarding processes, ensuring strong sales skills, product knowledge, and motivation
- Collaborate with product portfolio managers to design sales tools supporting key initiatives
- Track sales enablement metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of strategies
- Note: Seed experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Similar experience in other businesses will be considered._

**About You**
To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and be a strategic thinker. Knowledgeable about the market and industry, you should have experience in Sales Enablement and/or training and be solution oriented. Furthermore, you should be organised and process-driven.
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office
- Skilled in executing change management initiatives
- Data-driven with excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Build relationships with the team and gain cultural fit and credibility
**Intermittent travel will be required for this role.**
