An opportunity exists at our operation for a **Maintenance Execution Superintendent.** This is a permanent role reporting to the Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a large team of maintenance trades and supervisors to achieve maintenance outcomes to meet the operations needs of the business.
- Develop and implement detailed maintenance strategies in adherence with statutory and HSEC regulations & guidelines.
- Maintain the Operation’s HMS, truck, and ancillary fleets.
- Managing operational and capital budget expenditure relevant to the role.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and assistance to maintenance personnel.**The Successful Applicant**:
You will have extensive leadership and asset management experience in in a large, open cut mining operation. Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline.
You will have demonstrated experience with asset delivery, performance improvement and cost management, sound knowledge of condition monitoring practices and use of asset data to drive reliability and performance.
Beyond your technical capability, you will ability to:
- Think outside the square and implement strategic maintenance solutions that align with business goals.
- Provide guidance, coaching and assistance on decision making to front line leaders.
- Exercise Strong time management skills.
- Act decisively to work in high pressure environments with competing priories.
- Exert strong commercial acumen with prior experience with SAP.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills.**What we offer**:
