**About the Role**
Our Corporate Office, located in St Leonards, is seeking an experienced and customer service focused Office Manager to join the team.
The Office Manager role is vital in ensuring that the experience our employees and visitors have is positive and engaging. This includes supporting staff and client interactions in a welcoming and approachable manner, in conjunction with the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day office operations and function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing and delivering the overall workplace experience for our office environment
- Managing 'front of house' and reception operations, including switchboard operation and meeting room bookings
- Liaising with building management and facility management vendors
- Manage the general office budget and invoicing process, including purchasing of supplies and equipment
- Co-plan and deliver on-site activities including town halls, celebrations and events as required

You will be a proactive professional with a high level of attention to detail and the capability to effectively self-manage your time throughout the workday. You will be a clear and effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, who works well in a fast-paced environment.

- Process management capabilities to effectively manage operations
- Strong ability to communication effectively with a diverse range of visitors and employees
