**About the Opportunity**

As the Corporate Affairs Manager at Serco, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand, reputation, and positioning across the Asia Pacific Region (AsPac). This position involves leading the development and execution of our corporate marketing and digital communication strategies, ensuring alignment with Serco’s overarching strategic goals and growth pursuits. Acting as the division’s brand custodian, you will manage brand assets and governance while safeguarding Serco’s reputation through effective media management.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Managing the overarching functions of the Serco AsPac ‘Press Office’, including crisis communications and proactive media relations
- Developing and activating corporate content and campaign plans to support key growth objectives, including designing themes, creating visual assets, and evaluating campaign effectiveness
- Managing and enhancing Serco AsPac’s online presence across digital platforms, ensuring content is current and strategically aligned with broader corporate goals
- Monitoring and reviewing online reputation, developing responsive strategies to improve or modify public perceptions as needed
- Overseeing the production of corporate marketing and sales collateral to boost brand recognition and support corporate campaigns
- Forging and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media, industry partners, and client media teams

With outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, you thrive in dynamic environments where flexibility and resilience are key. You are known for your strategic thinking and are keen to identify core business drivers and opportunities for improvement. A team player at heart, you excel in mentoring junior staff and are always prepared to wear "many hats" to achieve objectives.

**Your ideal skills & experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Communications, Marketing, Media or similar discipline or relevant industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and communications best practices
- Solid understanding of media and issues management principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritise effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and maintain high levels of personal integrity and resilience
