**About the Role**:
As the Procurement and Contracts Officer, you will play a role in supporting the Agency's business areas by providing corporate, procurement, and property services. You will lead a small team, ensuring the integrity and quality of corporate data. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will develop innovative solutions to complex issues based on available data. Your responsibilities will also include designing and delivering training and support materials to internal clients, acting as a central point of contact for system issues with third-party organizations, providing regulatory and legislative reporting support, and developing corporate reporting tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team and maintain the integrity and quality of corporate data.
- Collaboratively develop suitable solutions to complex issues based on available data.
- Design and deliver training and support materials to internal clients.
- Act as a central point of contact to resolve systems issues with third-party organizations.
- Provide content, advice, and support for regulatory and legislative reporting requirements.
- Develop a suite of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting.
- Support compliance reporting and ensure procurement activities align with legislative requirements and the Agency's procurement policy to achieve value for money outcomes.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Australian Citizen
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated government procurement experience.
- Exposure to compliance reporting
- Leadership skills at APS6 work level standard.
