**About the role**

We are looking for a Change and Adoption Manager within eHealth NSW Program Delivery Directorate to establish a change management strategy via planning, developing, implementing and leading change, including adoption and communication plans at a strategic level and works with senior stakeholders to formulate specific change and adoption activities to achieve program/project outcomes.

Your role will sit amongst peers in the Change and Adoption team. In addition to working on some of NSW Health’s most transformative digital projects, you will also support the ongoing development of best practice methodologies, including contributing to the establishment of a centre of excellence for this discipline, for the benefit of eHealth NSW more broadly.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:
- Extensive understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.- Proven experience to contribute and implement strategic initiatives, including the ability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.- Experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support project goals, including working with stakeholders to build plans across change, communications, coaching and training, resistance management and business readiness.- Lead major project communication activities to build awareness amongst program teams and key stakeholders, improve program understanding and promote organisational goals, values and objectives.- Strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.
