The Cancer Institute NSW is the NSW Government’s cancer control agency, established to lessen the impact of cancer across the state.

**_What you’ll be doing_**
The primary purpose of the role is to lead the change management activities for the Patient Reported Measures project and other projects within the Patient Experience Team.

In this role you will be required to lead all aspects of change management, including development of change management strategies and plans, undertaking workflow and process mapping of the health services, stakeholder consultation and engagement, development and implementation of training resources for clinical, IT and operational staff and supporting the implementation of resources or systems.

Your track record in driving performance and directing operational activities to maximise service delivery is fundamental for your success.

Essential to the role will be your collaboration skills and extensive experience in influencing a broad stakeholder group. In addition, leveraging your experience with the health system to ensure success and sustainability of the change initiatives and projects.

**_Essential requirements_**
- Extensive experience implementing systems in health services
- Extensive experience in developing and training a diverse range of stakeholders (clinical, IT and administrative)
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in a health environment
- Qualification in change management
- Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
- Understanding of the NSW Health system and clinical information systems used within health settings.
- Be available to travel.
