**The Role**
- The People and Culture Coordinator will report directly to the HR Advisor and will look after a broad range of areas critical to the success of the Wittner brand and overall company. The primary focus for this role is to empower and teach the retail teams procedures and processes, important to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also instil a collaborative approach within the retail team.
- You will be responsible for organising, facilitating, developing, coordinating and implementing the systems, and content to meet the needs of the retail team. You will also be the conjugate from the retail and support office team, inspiring the outstanding culture that has been developed.
- A successful People & Culture Coordinator will use all the tools provided by the company, their knowledge of the industry along with a strong passion to deliver effective and exceptional results. At the core of this role is to educate and empower our retail teams providing them with an opportunity to learn and develop in the organisation.

- Passionate about people and their success
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to speak to teams
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, systems and processes
- Knowledge of retail store operations is beneficial
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong ability and motivation to work autonomously
- Passionate about shoes and the success of the Wittner brand
