Sodexo is currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) to join the team based in our Balcatta office in Perth. You will play a pivotal role as the ‘face’ of Supply Management and will be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) in resolving the day-to-day Procurement/Logistics operational issue escalations from Operations, Site, Suppliers and the Food Platform.

The SCC also plays a critical role in coordinating new site mobilisations/demobilisations in collaboration with a wide internal and external stakeholder group as Sodexo continues to expand its resources and mining client portfolio. The role ensures that core activities, milestones and information are facilitated across relevant parties within tight timelines and schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end food/logistics operational escalations, investigations and resolutions
- Addressing key issues such as orders not fulfilled by suppliers, product substitutions, product quality, late/missed delivery into site, enroute transportation failures and overdue invoices
- Initiate site mobilisation/demobilisation coordination activities in consultation and collaboration with broad internal and external stakeholder groups including Ops, Ste, Supply Management, Internal Functions, Suppliers and 3pl Providers
- Develop communication broadcasts to disseminate key information to Operations/Sites on supply issues such as the security of supply of staple items, long-term supply disruptions, new supply arrangements, long-term/short-term substitutions, Public Holiday schedules, logistics disruptions and delays, crisis management, product recalls and product quality

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience in a fast paced and dynamic operating environment focused on customer service, problem solving and operational issue resolution across procurement/logistics operations
- Proven experience in supporting product/goods categories aligned with the Retail, FMCG and/or Food & Beverage segments
- Demonstrated experience working within tight timelines
- Comfortable working with enterprise systems in terms of managing queries, extracting data, analysing Purchase Orders / Connotes, etc.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to demonstrate strong working relationships across all levels of the hierarchy with a thorough understanding of stakeholder requirements, and business/operations context
- Strong customer focus with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Able to differentiate and prioritise between competing demands - able to see the details as well as the big picture in balancing effort, benefit, and speed to resolution
- Able to problem solve and perform activities with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Strong time management and personal organizational skills, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
