As a key member of the Events team, you will oversee venue hire operations and lead a high-performing team to maximise the utilisation of State Library's award-winning and diverse high-end spaces.
Your responsibilities will include promoting our venue hire services to stakeholders to increase usage and revenue. Additionally, you will oversee the financial viability of venue hire operations, and coordinate event planning for internal and external clients. This includes liaising with stakeholders, handling enquiries and site visits, providing quotations and contracts, and managing venue logistics.
