**The role**:
As the Office Coordinator/All-Rounder, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to support our client’s office operations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities while contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Event Coordination**
- Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, invitations, and RSVP tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure a positive experience.

**Proposal Management**
- Assist in preparing and formatting proposals and business documents.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Ensure all proposals are completed and submitted within set deadlines.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Reception relief
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.

**Requirements**:

- ** Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role**:

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
