**BURGER URGE - Supply Chain Coordinator**

Reporting to the CCO, we are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator ready to manage the day-to-day fulfilment and account of all Food and Consumable products for all Burger Urge Distribution Partners and Venue Networks. We are a dynamic and growing business which will create opportunity for you to grow with us.

Remuneration commensurate with experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service to venues and manage day to day distribution and inventory enquiries.
- Coordinate and resolve issues between Suppliers, Distribution Partners and venues.
- Analyse and interpret supply chain, sales and inventory data to identify trends and provide recommendations and forecasts for improvement including demand planning for network growth and seasonal variations.
- Manage suppliers and distribution providers to ensure on time delivery.
- Manage and report all key data for DCs including stock on hand, stock run outs and performance.
- Consider new approaches to workflow and put forward recommendations to the business.
- Ensure ongoing and promotional forecasts are communicated to key stakeholders.
- Assisting the NPD and Food Department with new product sourcing.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working within a Supply Chain or Logistics Coordination role.
- Food, QSR or FMCG experience is essential.
- Experience with BOH ordering and Inventory systems (Cooking the Books, Buy Force) desirable.

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Excellent attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to adapt style to audience.
- Self-driven and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure and attend to any ad hoc functions as may be required.
- Effective communication and a keen understanding of how strong internal and external partnerships contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.
