**What’s the opportunity?**
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Lumify Work, you'll be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, driving expansion and forging valuable relationships with prospective clients.

**What will you do?**

**Lead Generation**: Initiate contact with leads to generate interest in our products or services, educating them about our offerings, and qualifying them based on their needs and potential fit.

**Qualifying Leads**: Assess the suitability of leads by understanding their pain points, challenges, and requirements, determining whether they have the potential to become valuable customers.

**Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact for inquiries and providing information or assistance to build rapport and trust.

**Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking and prioritizing leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress, and ensuring timely follow-up to transfer qualified leads and opportunities for further engagement.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine your approach, gathering insights to inform strategic decisions and tailor messaging.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize processes, providing feedback to improve lead generation tactics and overall sales effectiveness.

**What have you accomplished?**

Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within Tech & Education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Resilient, competitive, and target-driven nature that fuels your success.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a strategic focus on joint business planning.
