Our client is a financial business consulting company, that guides small businesses on how to manage operations by providing accountants and bookkeepers services.- **Responsibilities**
- Generate appointments for the BDMs, using proactive outbound and inbound prospecting
Target small businesses across Australia, selling an essential solution small businesses need
Work directly with BDMs and marketing to discover opportunities for leads
Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- **Qualifications**
- 1+ years' of experience in related B2B role
Strong communication and time management skills
- **Package**
- Unlimited earnings Start on a $65,000 - $70,000 base + super, but with uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses and realistic targets, you're easily earning an OTE of $100k+. high performers are earning closer to $150k
Great working hours 9-5:30, no overtime or weekend work
Quarterly bonuses, awards, prizes, and a yearly overseas holiday
