**As the right hand to the CE, you'll**:

- Provide high-level executive support: Manage the CE's schedule, communications, and information flow, ensuring a seamless workflow and informed decision-making.
- Become a strategic advisor: Proactively anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the development and implementation of key projects.
- Champion excellence: Foster a collaborative and efficient environment within the Executive Office, supporting senior leadership and liaising effectively across all levels of CCLHD.
- Navigate complexity with expertise: Manage competing priorities, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
