The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

RANZCOG supports research into women's health and act as an advocate for women's healthcare by forging productive relationships with individuals, the community and professional organisations, both locally and internationally.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Website Coordinator, you will be involved in the following:
Content Management
- Assist with formatting and publishing content in a timely manner in collaboration with College staff.
- Provide proactive advice to College staff regarding web design constraints and how to overcome them.
- Assist with the publication of the O&G Magazine (digital) in line with the print production schedule.
- Provide regular and proactive advice in relation to opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Assist with the identification and resolution of website performance issues.
- Coordinate with the external hosting team for technical upgrades and improvements.

**Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)**:

- Assist with monitoring and improving SEO performance.
- Research and implement best practices to improve website visibility on search engines.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and optimisation to drive organic traffic.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use web analytics tools to track website performance and user behaviour.
- Prepare regular reports on website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and maintain regular updates of an internal style guide and process guides for all tasks.
- Review websites to comply with relevant legal requirements, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

**Skills and Experiences**:

- A demonstrated competency with WordPress (essential)
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies including HTML
- Strong content management skills including SEO
- Familiarity with web analytics including Google Analytics, and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Experience with the identification and resolution of website performance issues.
