**Communications Coordinator**

**Centre for Mental Health Learning (CMHL)**

**You will be part of a supportive, passionate, and experienced team**
- The Communications Coordinator role is essential to effective engagement between CMHL and the mental health sector, as well as other relevant sectors and organisations. You will work closely with CMHL managers and the broader CMHL team to understand what is required, then drive, review, maintain, and modify CMHL communications based on feedback and need.
- CMHL is currently operating under a ‘hybrid’ working model; team members work from home some days, and in-office on others. There is considerable flexibility in this arrangement.

**About the role**
- Provide specialist advice on best practice approaches to communications strategies
- Ensure that the CMHL website remains functional, engaging, and current
- Lead updates, new components, and/or redesign of CMHL website
- Lead the relationship between CMHL and website developers
- Provide troubleshooting for the CMHL team as it relates to the CMHL website
- Work effectively and efficiently in the CMHL team

**About you**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field and 3+ years’ experience
- Advanced IT computer literacy and experience in using Office 365, other software programs, and content management and website editing
- You have sophisticated communication skills
- Proven ability to write in a clear, concise and engaging manner for different audiences and purposes
- Highly developed stakeholder and relationship management skills, with proven ability to drive collaboration and create partnerships to achieve outcomes
- Acute attention to detail
- You are a passionate and committed individual who values collective contribution and works from a values-based and strengths approach
