As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator.
As a Client Services Administrator at PDC Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client services department. In addition to managing client inquiries, your responsibilities will include collecting staff and client reports, filing and archiving daily support notes, and handling general office duties such as greeting visitors and sitting at reception.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect and organize staff and client reports, filing and archiving daily support notes.
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Undertake general office duties, including greeting visitors and sitting at reception.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in client services or administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and client management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
