As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Events Manager & Office Administrator.
We are looking for a versatile individual who can seamlessly juggle the responsibilities of managing events while also providing efficient administrative support to our office operations.
As the Events Manager & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to community outreach programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organise, and execute events of various scales, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
- Create event timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
- Coordinate logistics such as catering, audiovisual equipment for event attendees.
- Maintain organised filing systems, databases, and documentation related to events and office operations.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience 3 years in event planning, coordination, and execution, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support event activities.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and trends in event management is a plus.
