Ndis Sil Administration Officer

**About Us**:
Premier Supported Living is an NDIS registered organisation dedicated to providing exceptional support and services to our participants. We are seeking a professional, organised, and personable employee to support our NDIS SIL Manager and act as the office administrator. This pivotal role is essential to the smooth operation of our SIL services and overall office management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SIL Manager, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Office Administration**: Oversee office operations, monitor and order site resources for the office and service delivery department.
- **Property Coordination**: Coordinate the cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of SIL apartments as they are vacated and through the completion of regular audits.
- **NDIS Expertise**: Maintain a solid understanding of the NDIS framework to ensure compliance and best practices are followed.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with participants, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of professionalism and friendliness.
- **Task Prioritisation**: Prioritise competing tasks efficiently to ensure timely and effective support for the SIL Manager and the broader team.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the NDIS or community services sector.
- **Skills**: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Communication**: Fluent verbal and written English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- **Personality**: Professional, friendly, and approachable with a strong customer service orientation.
- **Organisation**: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- **Knowledge**: Solid understanding of the NDIS framework and SIL services.
