About This Opportunity:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with key clients to successfully develop and implement their physical and digital gift card programs. We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual ready to take the next step in their career into the fintech, digital payments and gift card space. **Responsibilities**:

- This role will be responsible for working directly with TCN clients to successfully implement and deliver their gift card and promotional requirements.
- Day-to-day main client contact on campaigns managed.
- Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns - this includes setting up of campaigns, invoicing and briefing various parties to co-ordinate Artwork Approvals, Terms and Conditions, Placing card orders, Fulfillment, and Customer Service
- Closely manage execution timings to ensure campaigns/orders are in market on time.
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to address client requests.
- Participate on client calls and attend in-person client meetings, as needed.
- Work with the Sales Staff to grow existing client opportunities.
- Keeping up to date with company processes and product knowledge
- Effectively collaborate with the team to execute campaigns on time while exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years business experience, preferrable in client-facing, customer-focused and/or service-oriented roles. Gift Card or Retail or Hospitality sector experience highly valued.
- Previous Account Management/Sales/Admin experience an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with the willingness to learn and ambition to succeed
- Highly organized, able to manage and prioritise multiple activities/tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive activities from start to completion
- Collaborative, logical thinker with an eye for detail.
- Proactive self-starter able to work equally well independently or as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
