Melbourne, Australia I-MED Full time

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our key customer base. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

**We currently have two positions available**:

- FT role focusing on North-East Melbourne region
- FT role focusing on Central Melbourne region

**Responsibilities**:

- Account Management: Manage the clinic area, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Sales Growth: You will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth within the Melbourne East region. Collaborate closely with our operational and clinical teams to achieve this goal.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen existing relationships and forge new ones with key referrers. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining positive connections.
- Referral Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase referrals. Work directly with referrers to ensure positive outcomes for our patients.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales/account management, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Passion for Healthcare: If you have a genuine passion for healthcare and a talent for building strong relationships, we encourage you to apply
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrate your success in achieving sales targets and fostering positive outcomes.
