Duration: 12 Months with strong potential extension
- Pay Rate: AUD $ 45 per hour + super
- Location: Sydney CBD - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite weekly)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality technical support for Windows 10, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, print devices, mobile devices, and other supported systems.
- Answer phone calls to the Helpdesk, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely updates to users.
- Ensure accurate recording of all incidents and service requests in the service management tool, allocating them to the appropriate service area.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Proven experience in enterprise IT technical support, preferably with Government backgrund.
- Minimum 2 years of help desk experience, with a focus on phone support.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, Windows 10.
- Experience with Active Directory, 365 admin centre, Exchange, Skype for Microsoft 365 products, ITSM tools, and contact centre software.
- Familiarity with PC imaging and software deployment tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary and technical qualifications or equivalent experience in IT service delivery.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
