The IT Service Desk is a geographically dispersed team of IT professionals that provide frontline IT support for all CDPP systems to ensure the business objectives and strategies are met in a timely and effective manner. The team is the initial point of contact for all IT services and problem resolution. The service desk provides technical support for all CDPP offices.
The IT Service Desk Manager is a unique role for a forward-thinking and competent leader focused on service management and customer care.
